Suddenly but peacefully at Raigmore Hospital, on Monday 16th March 2026, Irene ‘Margaret’ Grant née MacKintosh, 2 Smithton Villas, Inverness, aged 79 years. Beloved wife of Dennis for 61 memorable years, dearly loved mum of Andrew, Alison and the late Michael, loving granny of Aiden, Catriona and Erin, great-granny to Harvey and Arthur, much loved sister of John, Jean, Catherine, Ronald, Alastair, Eileen and the late Evelyn, a dear sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt and good friend of many. Funeral service on Friday 27th March at 11.30am in the Funeral Home of William T Fraser and Son, Culduthel Road, Inverness, thereafter to Petty Tornagrain Cemetery. All welcome. No flowers please.
