I have just watched the funeral service for my mother on your webpage and I would just like to thank you very much and congratulate you on a job well done. It was a lovely service, and my wife and I watched it with tears streaming down our faces. I was so upset at not being able to get up to be with her during her short illness, and to support and help my sister with arrangements at this difficult time. Once again, very many thanks.

May I take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful service we received from you throughout my mum's funeral and in the days leading up to it. I know I speak for all my family when I say that we were so reassured to see everything handled so professionally and with the utmost respect and dignity. I cannot fault anything and I am so grateful for the careful planning that went in to make the day as seamless as possible. The live stream was also first class and the family that couldn't make it on the day said they felt like they were very much with us. Thank you all again.
