Alan Morrison Glass (Don Mills)

Alan Morrison Glass (Don Mills), April 7, 1928 to June 23, 2026, a loving and cherished husband of Milly and dad to Janet. Originally from Inverness, he emigrated to Canada with Milly in 1953. They chose Toronto and together built a home filled with love and an abundance of happy memories. Alan possessed a strong, unwavering faith and an endless curiosity about the world. His diverse interests included history, reading, classic cinema, music, languages, sports, travel, woodworking and a lifelong love for animals. He enjoyed engaging in meaningful conversations with those he encountered along life’s journey. His conversations reflected his deeply caring nature, his remarkable memory, and his ever present sense of humour. While his love for his chosen country deepened over time, he always maintained an enduring fondness for his native Scotland. Dearest Al and Dad, you will always be loved, remembered, and forever missed. Funeral service on Friday 31st July at 12.30pm in the funeral home of William T Fraser and Son, Culduthel Road, Inverness, thereafter to Kilvean Cemetery. All welcome.
