Ever so sadly due to a horrific road traffic accident at the Slochd Summit on Friday, 30th September 2022, Alan Stuart Jones, 18 Ruthven Road, Inverness, aged 64 years. HGV driver with Northwards, happy times in the Merchant Navy and also off-shore. Darling husband to Ann, devoted father to his only son, Thomas, dear brother, loving uncle, son-in-law, brother-in-law, a wonderful colleague and friend to many. Funeral service on Thursday 20th October at 2.30pm in the funeral home of William T Fraser & Son, Culduthel Road, Inverness. All respectfully invited. Donations welcome for The RNLI and The Seafarers’ Trust.
