Sadly and most unexpectedly on Friday 8^th September 2023, Derek Alexander Mackay, Balnakyle Road, Inverness aged 57 years.  HGV driver at Scotline for 27 years.  The most loving and treasured husband to Maureen, absolutely adored father to Danielle and Lucy, father-in-law to Ally, wonderful son-in-law to Frances and Bob and precious grandad to five fantastic boys. Will be sadly missed by all his colleagues, fellow lorry drivers and everyone that knew him.  Funeral service on Friday 29^th September at 12 noon in the funeral home of William T Fraser and Son, Culduthel Road, Inverness; thereafter to Kilvean Cemetery.   A warm welcome to all. All donations on the day will be for Crohn’s Disease Raigmore Hospital. The service will stream live HERE.
