Ewen Gillies (Isle of Skye / Inverness)

Peacefully, on Sunday 28th September 2025, at Raigmore Hospital, Ewen Gillies, respected Builder, 59 Laggan Road, Inverness, originally from Edinbane on the Isle of Skye (always Skye at heart), aged 83 years. He has left memories of much kindness and goodwill to all. Beloved husband of Margaret Macpherson, most loving father to Barbara, Ewen and the late infant Anne Marie, father-in-law to Willie and Sheila, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and a loyal friend to many. Funeral service on Wednesday 8th October at 12 noon in the Funeral Home of William T Fraser and Son, Culduthel Road, Inverness, thereafter to Tomnahurich Cemetery. A warm welcome to all.
