Gordon Lawrie (Nairn)

Peacefully at home on Friday, 6th October 2023 following a long illness, Gordon David Lawrie, Woodville Gardens, Nairn, aged 67 years. Retired RAF Chief Tec and fanatical cyclist. Husband of the late Rhona, loving partner to Jody, dearest father to David and Kirsteen, father-in-law, grandfather, brother and uncle. Funeral service on Tuesday 17th October, at 12.30pm in the funeral home of William T Fraser and Son, Culduthel Road, Inverness; thereafter to Nairn Cemetery for 2.00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired for Marie Curie and Maggie’s Highland can be made at the service or via the funeral directors. David’s family wish to thank most sincerely friends, neighbours and the local medical team for the loving support extended to them during the past weeks. All welcome.
