James MacKintosh ‘Jimmac’ (Cannich)

Suddenly but peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, James MacKintosh (Jimmac), 24 McColl Road, Cannich, aged 82 years.  Former slater and proprietor of The Slaters Arms, Cannich.  Devoted husband of the late Catriona, treasured dad of Alison and Ellis, loyal father-in-law of Keith and Graeme, beloved granda of Craig, Erin and Natalie, a dear brother, uncle and friend to so many.  Stalwart of Glenurquhart and Strathglass senior and junior shinty clubs.  Funeral service on Monday 27^th September 2021 from the family home at 11.00am thereafter to New Kilmore Cemetery for 1.30pm.  There will be a Guard of Honour at Glenurquhart Shinty pitch en route to the cemetery.  Flowers welcome.  Donations invited for Glenurquhart and Strathglass Kids Shinty Club may be given at the service or via Funeral Directors, William T Fraser and Son, Culduthel Road, Inverness.
